The Viva Stays Journey
Vivastays is a boutique luxury homestay brand that redefines high-end vacation living through its exclusive collection of curated villas. Established in Goa, Vivastays is now expanding its presence across prominent tourist destinations in India and abroad, offering discerning travelers a seamless blend of comfort, elegance, and personalized service.
Founded by Mr. Varun Puri, a seasoned entrepreneur with over two decades of experience in real estate, finance, and hospitality, the brand is built on a strong foundation of trust, quality, and innovation. Over the years, Mr. Puri has successfully developed premium commercial and residential projects in Delhi NCR as well as gated communities in Goa, setting new benchmarks in design and luxury living.
Within just a year of inception, Vivastays has built a growing portfolio of celebrated luxury villas, each crafted to provide an exceptional homestay experience. By 2026–2027, with multiple villas currently under development, the portfolio is expected to expand to over 25 properties.
Further strengthening its footprint, Vivastays has also entered into strategic collaborations for villas in Shimla, Nainital, and Mussoorie, reinforcing its vision to become a leading name in boutique luxury stays across premier destinations.
